Purpose of "Black Genius Youth Academy"

The "Black Genius" Youth Educational Program, is a branch of the the Afrikan Village & Cultural Center of Charlotte 
that caters specifically to the young generation. In "Black Genius", the youth learn knowledge of self as they build their knowledge base to be the natural genius' they are intended to be. Through proper cultural awareness, the youth will be better able to serve the community in a positive manner. As the youth continuously cultivate their sense of self-esteem and culture esteem, they will be able to make better informed decisions on the road to success for the future. The youth will learn to demonstrate the application of aquired knowledge through various hands on exercises and community outreach programs. Lastly, "Black Genius" will help young scholars to discover and develop their God given purpose.
